Our strength is the project management in the area of software development, but we have also an extensive experience in the IT infrastructure area. As a method, according with the project realities, we can use the classical or agile project management (Scrum , SAFe, Spotify, Kanban). We believe that in addition to the soft skills, a deep understanding of the project management processes is a key factor in the project success. Our skills are supported by worldwide recognised certifications as "Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)" , “SAFe Release Training Engineer” or "Certified Scrum Product Owner".
We have a lot of experience in offshore project consulting and execution, especially in India, China, Egypt and Romania. In a globalised world, the execution of the projects in offshore locations can bring you significant advantages from the point of view of costs or access to the skilled resources. But there are a lot of risks, mainly because of the cultural differences and communication issues. We strongly believe that an understanding of the local culture and the application of the best practices in working with the distributed teams is the key to project success.
